What exactly is the Founder Tier?
The Founder Tier is limited to the first 300 affiliates. If you're reading this and slots are still open, you're in — 85% commission for your first 12 months. After year 1, you move to Performance Tier (45–65% based on monthly revenue).
How does the Performance Tier work?
After Year 1, your commission rate is determined by revenue you generated in the last 30 days: $0–$299 = 45%, $300–$999 = 50%, $1,000–$2,499 = 60%, $2,500+ = 65%. It recalculates automatically every month — strong months earn more, slow months earn less. No application needed.
When and how do I get paid?
Payouts run on the 15th of each month for the prior month's earnings. Payments go directly to your bank account via Stripe Connect. Minimum payout is $25 — if you haven't hit that threshold, earnings roll over to the next month.
Is there a limit on how many affiliates can join?
Yes. The Founder Tier is capped at 300 affiliates. The first 300 who join lock in 85% for their first year. After the cap is reached, new affiliates join at the standard Performance Tier rates (45–65%). Check the join page — if signups are still open, slots remain.
What products can I earn commission on?
Every digital product on Shadow Lotus — journals ($19–$39), card decks ($29), sticker sheets, wall art, and bundle kits. Commission applies to the full sale price.
What if I want out after Year 1?
You're free to leave anytime. After Year 1, you'll automatically transition to Performance Tier (45–65% based on your monthly revenue) if you stay active. No penalties, no fees.
