Affiliate Terms

Effective May 2026

1. Commission Structure

Affiliates earn a 85% commission (Founder Tier) for their first 12 months on every qualifying sale referred through their unique tracking link — including both digital downloads and physical products. After the first year, affiliates move to Standard Tier (45%) or can unlock Elite Tier (60%) by achieving 25+ sales in a single month.

2. Tracking & Attribution

• Referral tracking is cookie-based. Your link places a cookie that attributes sales for 60 days after the first click.
• If a customer clicks your link and purchases within 60 days, you earn the commission — even if they don't buy immediately.
• Direct navigation (customer types the URL directly) does not count as an affiliate referral.

3. Payouts

• Commissions are paid monthly, on the 15th of each month, via Stripe Connect (bank transfer).
• Minimum payout threshold: $25. Balances below $25 roll over to the following month.
• Payouts are made in USD only.
• You must provide valid PayPal or Stripe details to receive payment. Contact us to update your payout method.

4. Qualifying Sales

• Only verified, non-refunded orders count toward commissions.
• Commissions on refunded orders are reversed at the time of refund.
• Self-referrals (purchasing through your own link) are not eligible for commission and may result in account suspension.

5. Prohibited Conduct

The following are grounds for immediate account termination and forfeiture of unpaid commissions:

• Spam: Sending unsolicited emails, DMs, or posting in unrelated forums/groups.
• Paid advertising: Running paid ads (Google, Meta, TikTok, etc.) using Shadow Lotus trademarks or branding without written approval.
• Trademark misuse: Using "Shadow Lotus" or "Shadow Lotus OS" in domain names, social handles, or misleadingly as your own brand.
• False claims: Misrepresenting Shadow Lotus products, pricing, or endorsements.
• Coupon stacking: Promoting unofficial discount codes not provided by Shadow Lotus.

6. Your Data

We store your name, email address, platform, and tracking data for affiliate program management only. We do not sell or share this data with third parties. See our Privacy Policy for full details.

7. Cancellation

You can leave the program at any time by replying to any affiliate email with "remove me." Any earned commissions above the $25 threshold at time of removal will be paid on the next regular payout date.

Shadow Lotus reserves the right to suspend or terminate affiliate accounts that violate these terms, with forfeiture of unpaid commissions.

8. Program Changes

We may update commission rates or terms with 30 days' notice via email. Continuing to use your affiliate link after the notice period constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
