Ordering & Payment
Stripe. That means all major credit/debit cards. No PayPal, no crypto, no IOUs.
Yes. We use Stripe for all payments — your card info never touches our servers. Stripe is PCI-DSS Level 1 certified, which is the highest security standard for payment processors.

Downloads & Printing
Two ways: a download link on the confirmation page, and an email with the link. Click the link, download your PDF, print it. Done.
All products are PDF format, print-ready at 8.5" x 11" (US Letter). We recommend printing at a local shop for best quality.
Go to /shop/orders, enter your purchase email, and you can regenerate your download link for free. We don't leave raccoons stranded.
Up to 10 times per order. More than enough unless you're having some kind of PDF crisis.
Absolutely. Standard home printer works fine. For card decks and wall art, a print shop will give you better quality.
Gift Cards
Buy a gift card at /shop/gift-cards ($25-$100). The recipient gets an email with a code. They enter it at checkout and the amount comes off their order.
No expiration date. Unlike most things in life, these keep.
One gift card per order. If the card amount exceeds the order total, the balance is forfeited — so pick an amount that makes sense for what they want.
Subscription Box
$29/month. Every month, you get a curated set of new digital products — at least 3-4 items from across all 6 lines. It's like a mystery box, but for your psychological survival.
Yes. Cancel before your next billing date and you keep everything you already downloaded. No fees, no guilt trips.
The 1st of every month. Billed on signup date, new content drops monthly.
Affiliate Program
Sign up at /shop/affiliate-join. Get a unique tracking link. When someone buys through your link, you earn 85% commission for your first year (Founder Tier), then 45% standard or 60% Elite at 25+ sales/month. Paid on the 15th of each month for balances over $25.
Stripe Connect bank transfer. We process payments on the 15th of each month for balances over $25.
No cap. If you somehow convince everyone on earth to buy a Rage Journal, you deserve every commission.
Returns & Refunds
Digital downloads are non-refundable. You can download, print, and consume the product instantly — there's nothing to return. If something is genuinely broken (wrong file, corrupt PDF), hit us up on the contact page and we'll fix it immediately.
Contact us within 24 hours via the contact page. We'll do our best to work something out. After 24 hours, it's yours.
Account & Privacy
Nope. You buy, you download, you go. We capture your email for delivery purposes only. No forced account creation.
